Dr. Shatto and his staff give excellent professional dental care in a cozy neighborhood setting.It is so convenient for my whole family to go together. He and his hygenists are great with kids as well. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I have always had a comfortable experience that comes from a staff that puts the patient care first.

2 issues - 1. Last 3 visits had to wait over 30 minutes for a dentist to see me after the hygienist was done. Finally, had to leave when a dentist was not even on site. 2. Billing question that went unanswered for over 18 months. I provided copies and documents 3 times before it was resolved (in the dentist favor which was fine, I just needed clarification). Dentist and on site staff always great!

Hello,
I generally had a good experience. Staff appeared solicitous, kind, and easy to talk to in the main. I was asked how I was doing and my pain level was carefully monitored.
While I understand that I am somewhat of a complicated case, there was apparent communication problems between staff.
I noted these specific problems: 1) my blood pressure was requested on two separate occassion for the same visit.
2) I was set up to leave and then asked to return to the examination room due to apparent miscommunication between staff regarding my clinical disposition.
3) Dr. La Grange was not clear that I asked for a temporary bridge. She went ahead and extracted the tooth that I had cracked BEFORE she put in the bridge which seems like it would cause problems in visibility due to bleeding.
4) I was told I would be given written instruction on care which I did not receive.

I am coming to Dr. Shatto for Invisalign braces and my appt went very smoothly. Dr. Shatto had to do a spacing procedure on me and he was very gentle and patient. During the entire appt he and the staff were very informative and knowledgeable and explained the procedures and what was going to happen each step of the way in detail. I'm very much looking forward to my experince with Dr. Shatto with my new Invisalign braces!
